ASIAN CHICKEN WRAPS SERVES 4
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken In a medium bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients.
1 cup shredded Chinese cabbage Spoon the chicken mixture evenly down the center
1/2 cups sliced water chestnuts of the tortillas. Roll up and serve.
1/4 cup slivered almonds, optional

1/3 cup store-bought sweet and
sour sauce
4 (7-8") flour tortillas
ORANGE-MELON SALAD SERVES 4
1 tablespoon lime juice 3 cups cubed honeydew melon In a medium bowl, combine the first 3
1 tablespoon honey 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange ingredients. Add the melon cubes
1/4 teaspoon grated lime, segments, well drained and oranges. Toss all together lightly.

MAKE YOUR OWN COOKIE SHAKE SERVES 4
6 cups vanilla or chocolate ice cream (You may have to blend this in 2 batches.)
3 cups milk Combine the ice cream and milk in a blender.
16 chocolate cream-filled sandwich cookies Break the cookies up into pieces and add to
blender. Pulse just to combine all ingredients.
